Ah, I think early 2010 was probably the best time of my rpg experience. I was playing both [info]in_green and [info]refusedtoyield, who are two of my Top Three. (The third is [info]re_buttle [info]healthcares, naturally.)


I was just reading over [info]refusedtoyield and he really is like my crowning rp glory. I love Saori and Rose but Levi, haha, well, Levi. Probably my most adventurous undertaking in rp. I read through all of his journal entries (lord love him) and then I read what I wrote about the Sunshine Band and was genuinely overtaken with how badass he truly was. I have never played a cooler or lamer character. I mean, being lame, made him cool. Also, I forgot how many teenaged girls he flirted with.


That being said, [info]yegods_mods is going well! It's nice that in a plot heavy, demigod based game, human drama can still win out most of the time. It's also nice to be in a log heavy game. It feels more rewarding and grounded. I average about four logs a week, I think. Maybe five. I am in... three at the moment? Two more start tomorrow. Haha.

Lol, it is always depressing around holidays. Because everyone is like "we'll be away with our family" and I am like "....I will be here." Because I have to work Christmas eve day and New year's eve day. And my family is all close. I have at least one narrative planned for Shuro.I may not do others to work on the novel instead. My 1,000 words a day just sort of went out the window about two days ago. It could use from tlc from me, maybe that'll be this weekend. This week, however, is at least six logs, a journal entry from Shuro tonight, and one from Roddy soon.



tiny game = super busy = awesome.

There is something brilliant about a game that has, like, 17 characters total and yet? I am so busy I legit don't have time to even THINK about another game, or, like my novel. My family is getting worried but forget them, there is plot afoot. I barely even check my cdj anymore, haha.

In centuries past, mortals believed in superstition. They believed in gods. They believed in other worlds. They believed in magic. The mist between the world of mortals and the realm of the gods was thinner then, and it was clearer where they overlapped. As human civilization evolved, and fewer and fewer people chose to believe in the other world at all, the thicker the mist grew, and the more separated the parallel worlds became. Hahaha, apparently at work this Saturday (which will be my 4th day of work) there will be a sort of mini ComicCon and a pizza party.


[info]yegods_mods is just doing so well! We have been so busy! I almost don't have time to write up a 3rd character, which is good because I keep moving through them. I am just not going to say anything about my 3rd character until I send in the app. It's like as soon as I talk about them my mind goes "done!" and moves on to the next.

I told you not all pictures that bring me happiness involve alpacas/llamas.


Also, this has been a good weekend. I got to attend the wedding of my cousin, the first of us grandkids to get married. There wasn't originally space for me but some people couldn't go and they thought of me first. I had never met his new wife before, and I was really happy to, because this particular cousin was born female, and his wife loved him as much then as she does now. It was in a small chapel looking out on the lake our parents grew up on. I actually sort of hate him for, like, now none of the rest of us can get married there. It even stopped raining just for the wedding.

I also got pumpkins! A big one for carving and a small one for... hugging. Well, I had a conversation with my mom like this:

Mom: We could cut it into pieces and make pie. what are you going to do with it? Carve it? Decorate it?
Me: I'm going to love it.
Mom: Oh... so we're not eating it then.
Me: No.

I woke up this morning with a thought. Since Christmas is a Christian holiday, does that mean the Christian Church believes that elves exist?


Also, it is nearly time that some of us can start thinking about 3rd characters for [info]yegods_mods. EXCITEMENT IS IN THE AIR. Also confusion because I have a good character idea, I just need to be realistic with myself and decide if I can actually play him. I have long struggled with the evil characters.

Mom went to bed early so I am the internet's for about three hours. Ah, soon I shall be EST and time will make sense again.


Pick one of my characters, and I will give you at least 10 facts about them according to my personal canon; this can range from their birthday, favourite colour, even their earliest memory, or what they had last night for dinner.
